We do not accept size changes under any circumstances.
If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange. After this window, we cannot accommodate any requests. 

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
